Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt. Send a photo of the damage if requested to speed up the process. We'll either send a replacement or issue a refund.
General Returns
You have 14 days to cancel your order and another 14 days to return items in their original, undamaged packaging. Returns must be in resalable condition. If items are mishandled or returned with improper packaging, we may refuse a refund, offer a partial refund, or charge a 30% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are your responsibility for change - of - mind returns.
Refund Processing Time
The refund will be processed within 7 days.Note: Personalised items are non - returnable, except if damaged upon arrival.

Refusal & Damage to Personalised Items
If you refuse delivery, we'll deduct the original delivery cost and a $20 return fee from your refund. For damaged personalised items, we'll replace them. Changing the personalised message on a replacement incurs a $15 charge.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
If you arrange for your parcel to be left in a "safe place" directly with the delivery company, you do so at your own risk. dunsea isn't liable for lost or stolen parcels in such cases.
