Refund policy
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at
[email protected] within 7 days of receipt. Send a photo of the damage if requested to avoid returning the item. We’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund.
You have 14 days to cancel your order and 31 days to return items. Returns must be in original, undamaged packaging and resalable condition. If items are mishandled or improperly packaged, we may refuse or issue a partial refund.
Return shipping is your responsibility. We only refund standard delivery costs; enhanced options like Express shipping are non - refundable.
Note: Personalised items are non - returnable, except if damaged upon arrival.

Include your order number or invoice with the return.
If you refuse delivery, we’ll deduct the original delivery cost and a $20 return fee from your refund.
For damaged personalised items, we’ll replace them. Changing the personalised message on the replacement incurs a $10 charge.
