Damaged ItemsIf your order arrives damaged, contact us at
[email protected] within 7 days of receipt. To expedite processing, send a photo of the damage upon request. We will either issue a replacement or process a refund.
General Returns
Cancellation & Return Period: You have 14 days to cancel your order and an additional 14 days to return items in their original, undamaged packaging.
Resale Condition: Returns must be in resalable condition. If items are mishandled or returned with improper packaging, we may:
Refuse a refund,Offer a partial refund, or
Charge a 30% restocking fee.
Return Shipping: For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee Appeal Process
If you dispute a 30% restocking fee, submit an appeal within 7 business days to

A detailed explanation of why the item was properly handled/packaged,
Supporting evidence (photos, videos, etc.).
We will review your appeal within 3 business days and notify you of the decision via email.
Refund Processing Time
Standard Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
Personalised Items: Non-returnable unless damaged upon arrival.
Refund Process & Methods
Inspection Timeline: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item within 1 business day. If approved, the refund will be initiated within 3 business days.
Payment Methods:
Credit card payments: Refunds will be issued to the original card.
PayPal/other e-wallets: Refunds will follow the respective platform’s rules.
Please allow 3–5 additional business days for funds to appear in your account.

Refusal & Damage to Personalised Items
Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse delivery, we will deduct the original shipping cost and a $20 return fee from your refund.
Damaged Personalised Items: We will replace damaged personalised items. Changing the personalised message on a replacement incurs a $15 charge.
Special Circumstances for ReturnsForce Majeure (Natural Disasters)
If your item is damaged due to force majeure (e.g., floods, earthquakes, hurricanes), contact us at
[email protected] for a return or refund—even if outside the standard 7-day damage report period. Provide evidence (local news screenshots, photos, etc.) to support your claim. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
Product Recalls
In the event of a product recall, we will:
Accept returns regardless of the standard return period,
Provide a full refund,
Cover return shipping costs.
Follow the recall notice instructions and retain your shipping proof for processing.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
If you arrange for your parcel to be left in a "safe place" directly with the delivery company, this is at your own risk. Dunsea is not liable for lost or stolen parcels in such cases.
