Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt. Send a photo of the damage upon request to avoid returning the item. We will issue a replacement or refund within 7 business days of verifying the damage.

General Returns
Cancellation Period: You have 14 days to cancel your order from the purchase date.
Return Period: Items must be returned within 31 days in original, undamaged packaging and resalable condition.

Return Conditions & Fees
Mishandled Items: If items are mishandled or improperly packaged, we may:
Refuse a refund,
Offer a partial refund, or
Charge a 30% restocking fee.
Restocking Fee Appeal: Dispute fees within 7 business days by emailing [email protected] with supporting evidence (e.g., photos, videos).

Shipping & Refund Details
Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Delivery Fee Refund: Only standard delivery costs are refundable; express shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Personalised Items & Refusal
Personalised Items: Non-returnable unless damaged upon arrival. We will replace damaged items; changing personalised messages on replacements incurs a $15 charge.
Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse delivery, we will deduct the original shipping cost and a $20 return fee from your refund.

Special Circumstances
Force Majeure: For items damaged by natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes), contact us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement—even outside standard return periods. Provide evidence (e.g., local news reports) to support your claim.
Product Recalls: We will accept returns for recalled items, provide full refunds, and cover return shipping costs.
